Soft Goats Cheese

Meadowfield Farm soft goats cheese is processed on our family farm so there is zero food miles. We use pasteurised milk from our own herd of goats. The goats are milked daily in our farms milking parlour. The milk is then transferred directly into our purposely built production unit on the farm, where the cheese making process starts.

Our cheese is made using a traditional farmhouse method of hand cutting the curd and straining through a special style muslin cloth which gives the cheese a silky, smooth texture. Meadowfield Farm goats cheese is well known by its customers and chefs alike for producing great tasting, traditional style goats cheese.

Goats Irish Style Feta

A delicious Irish Feta Style cheese made with 100% pasteurised goats milk, produced locally on the purpose built unit at Meadowfield goat farm in Screen,
Co Wexford. Our Irish Feta Style cheese is handmade daily, using traditional methods, with pasteurised goats milk from our own herd on site and contains
vegetarian rennet. It is a firm flavoursome cheese which is a slightly salty, tangy, crumbly cheese. Our cheese is suitable for vegetarians.

It is available in 120g recyclable sealable tub and 500g recyclable sealable tub.
